EVM-compatible DPC Chain with Besu and QBFT.
The DPC Chain folder defines an EVM-compatible Hyperledger Besu network with chain ID 2727, QBFT consensus, native DPC, DEX contracts and a USDC.e bridge architecture.
Concrete technical state from the chain folder.
The chain files are more than a concept: they include a local Besu setup with genesis, QBFT configuration, Hardhat deployments, Router/Factory/WDPC contracts and a web UI for swap, pool and bridge flows.
Besu + QBFT
Hyperledger Besu with QBFT consensus, 5s block time and chain ID 2727.
EVM & Solidity
Hardhat uses Solidity 0.8.28, optimizer settings and an EVM-compatible L1 configuration.
Local RPC
The development network runs locally at http://127.0.0.1:8545 and is added to wallets as 0xaa7.
DEX contracts
WDPC, DPCDexFactory, DPCPair and DPCRouter provide swap and liquidity functions.
Local DEX deployment addresses on chain ID 2727.
These addresses come from the deployment manifest for the local DPC Chain. They should only be promoted as production addresses after testnet/mainnet deployment and verification.

Swap fee
0.30% per swap, split into liquidity 0.12%, treasury 0.06%, community 0.06% and development 0.06%.
Liquidity
Token/token and native DPC liquidity use WDPC. LP shares are named DPC-LP.
Protection
Router functions use minimum-amount parameters for slippage protection on liquidity and swaps.
Reserves
Fee balances are tracked outside AMM reserves and can be claimed separately.
USDC.e is planned as a 1:1-backed representation on DPC Chain.
Circle CCTP does not mint native USDC on a custom chain. The chain folder therefore describes a bridge model: native USDC moves to Base through CCTP, is locked in a Base vault and can be claimed as USDC.e on DPC Chain after operator attestation.
Move USDC from Solana to Base through Circle CCTP.
Lock Base USDC in BaseUSDCVault and define the DPC recipient.
At least 3 of 5 bridge operators attest the finalized deposit.
Recipient claims USDC.e on DPC Chain; withdrawal burns USDC.e and releases vault USDC.
From local network to production chain.
Local devnet
Genesis, QBFT single validator, chain ID 2727, RPC and DEX deployment exist locally.
Testnet
Multiple validators, public RPC, explorer, monitoring and reproducible deployments.
Audit & bridge review
DEX, token, bridge signers, vaults and operations need independent review.
Mainnet & ecosystem
Production launch with secured validators, verified contracts, DApps, launchpad and DEX.
A chain for applications, liquidity and project modules.
Native DPC
DPC is the native chain unit and base for gas, applications and ecosystem functions.
DEX
Swap, pool, remove liquidity and native DPC routes are planned in the web module.
Bridge
USDC.e connects DPC Chain with Base USDC and later cross-chain flows.
Apps
Launchpad, project modules and community functions can build on the same EVM base.
Technically concrete, but not mainnet yet.
The contracts and bridge mechanics are not documented as externally audited. Production requires independent security reviews, multi-validator operations, secure bridge signers, public RPC, explorer and verified deployments.
FAQ
Is DPC Chain already mainnet?
No. The chain folder shows a local development network. Mainnet should only be communicated after testnet, audits, public RPC, explorer and multi-validator operation.
What is the chain ID?
The configuration uses chain ID 2727. Wallets use the hex value 0xaa7.
What role does USDC.e have?
USDC.e is planned as an ERC-20 representation on DPC Chain, backed 1:1 by USDC in BaseUSDCVault. It is not native Circle USDC on DPC Chain.
Can visitors buy directly on this page?
No. Buying and holdings belong in the dashboard. This page explains chain technology and roadmap.
The blockchain is the technical base of the DPC ecosystem.
Presale, dashboard and community remain the visitor path. The blockchain page explains the technical base without making finished-mainnet claims.
